Onyx Digital Studio provides custom web design and digital services including but not limited to website design and development, domain setup, Netlify deployment, brand identity assets, and related consulting services.
The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a signed Service Agreement between the Studio and the Client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement governs.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Onyx Digital Studio, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a completed project, Clients receive ownership of their specific deliverables as outlined in the signed Service Agreement. The Studio retains rights to its general tools, processes, and proprietary workflow.
All service fees are outlined in project-specific invoices and Service Agreements. Standard payment terms require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a kill fee applies as defined in the signed Service Agreement.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in the signed Service Agreement, or if no such agreement exists, through binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
